Posting @020 hours. Kept wondering what this funny little annoying number was on my swatch skin, until I did bother to go and find out. Turns out it's a 'new' time [actually dating back to 1998 and so ancient history], meant to cross time-zones and borders. You can add it to you desktop and arrange meetings with your foreign friends at @000hr! Will you ever though?...
